Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions governing your membership with Meridian Global. By accepting membership, you enter into a binding agreement that grants you access to our exclusive AI literacy platform and premium services.

Meridian membership is invitation-only and subject to approval by our membership committee. This Agreement supplements and incorporates our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Membership fees vary by tier and are communicated during the application process. All fees are:

• Quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payable annually in advance
• Subject to annual review and adjustment with 60 days' notice
• Non-refundable except as provided in Section 8

Additional services beyond your tier benefits may be available at supplementary cost.

As a Meridian member, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate and current account information
• Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Preserve the confidentiality of proprietary training materials
• Respect the privacy and interests of fellow members
• Provide timely feedback to help improve our services
• Comply with our Terms of Service and platform guidelines

Meridian Global commits to:

• Provide access to the platform and services as described in your tier
• Maintain the security and privacy of your data
• Continuously develop and enhance our training programs
• Deliver responsive member support
• Communicate material changes with appropriate notice
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism

Membership terms are annual, commencing on the date of your approved application. Your membership will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless:

• You provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before expiration
• Either party terminates the Agreement as provided herein
• You fail to pay applicable renewal fees

By Member

You may terminate your membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

By Meridian

Meridian may terminate your membership immediately for material breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Meridian community.

Meridian may also terminate without cause with 60 days' written notice, in which case a pro-rata refund of unused fees will be provided.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at Meridian's discretion in the following circumstances:

• Termination by Meridian without cause (pro-rata refund)
• Extended service unavailability exceeding 30 consecutive days
• Material breach by Meridian of this Agreement

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the triggering event.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or transfer your membership or access rights to any third party without Meridian's prior written consent.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., succession planning), Meridian may consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.

Meridian reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated at least 60 days before taking effect. If you do not agree to amended terms, you may terminate your membership without penalty before the changes become effective.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English, with the venue determined by your primary residence:

• UAE Residents: Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Dubai
• Monaco Residents: Monaco Court of First Instance or International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration
• UK Residents: London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), London

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws based on your primary residence:

• UAE Residents: Laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
• Monaco Residents: Laws of the Principality of Monaco. The courts of Monaco shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
• UK Residents: Laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

For members residing outside these jurisdictions, UAE law shall apply by default.

Your membership is subject to the consumer protection and data privacy regulations of your jurisdiction:

• UAE: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Data Protection), Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection)
• Monaco: Law No. 1.565 (Personal Data Protection), Consumer Code
• UK: UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Consumer Rights Act 2015

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Meridian Global regarding your membership. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by this Agreement.
