Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Meridian platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meridian Global, governing your access to and use of our AI literacy platform, training programs, and related services.

Meridian services are exclusively available to invited members who meet our eligibility criteria. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You have been approved for membership by Meridian Global
• All information provided during the application process is accurate and current

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Access Rights

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Meridian platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with your membership tier.

Meridian provides access to:

• AI Literacy Training Programs and educational content
• Private AI conversation interface
• Personalized concierge services
• Curated resources and tools
• Member community features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to members.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or access with third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

All content, features, and functionality of the Meridian platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, training materials, software, and AI systems—are the exclusive property of Meridian Global or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Meridian without obligation or compensation.

Our AI-powered services are provided for informational and educational purposes. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• AI services should not replace professional advice (legal, financial, medical)
• You are responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI training or services

Membership fees are outlined in your Membership Agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Membership Agreement or required by law.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the membership relationship. This includes training methodologies, business strategies, and personal information shared in confidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Global and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Meridian in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Global and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

Either party may terminate the membership relationship in accordance with the Membership Agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws based on your primary residence:

• UAE Residents: Laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes resolved through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
• Monaco Residents: Laws of the Principality of Monaco, with disputes resolved through the Monaco Court of First Instance or arbitration
• UK Residents: Laws of England and Wales, with disputes resolved through the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)

For members residing outside these jurisdictions, UAE law shall apply by default, with arbitration conducted in Dubai under DIAC rules.

Meridian Global operates in compliance with applicable regulations across our operational jurisdictions:

• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection
• UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020)
• Monaco Law No. 1.565 on Personal Data Protection
• UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR
• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
